Welcome to Sandy Blessings, a relaxing coastal getaway in The Rookery III. Just a scenic half-mile walk or quick drive to the beautiful Fort Morgan beach, our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage is perfect for families, couples, and pet-friendly vacations.

We happily welcome up to two dogs. Dogs must be registered before arrival and a pet fee of $150 plus tax per dog applies. A community leash cover is provided and must always be used outside the cottage — and leashed dogs are welcome on nearby Fort Morgan Beach.
Two designated parking spaces sit just steps from the front door, and parking passes are included with your reservation — no separate fee. Need more room? Ask ahead and we'll try to arrange an extra space for a nominal fee. Please note RVs, trailers, campers, and boats aren't permitted in the community.
